BOLD DESIGN. PRACTICAL FITMENT. REAL ROAD PRESENCE.
Three ways to build a wheel — forged, flow-formed and cast. Every CT Alloy sport rim runs 15″ to 20″, with the diameters, PCD and offsets that suit popular Malaysian cars, SUVs and 4x4s, built to lift performance and durability without lifting the price into imported-brand territory.

Rotary‑forged barrel on a cast face
A cast face with a barrel spun and stretched under heat, so the grain runs the length of it. Much of the strength of forging, at a fraction of the cost.

Low-pressure cast, everyday value
Low-pressure cast, then machined on the face and under-cut. The most affordable route to a true, gram-balanced wheel.
View 5 wheelsYour rim, your way
Pick your diameter, width, PCD, offset and finish — gloss black, hyper silver, machined face or a milled under-cut — and we will match a set to your car. Every CT Alloy rim is gram-balanced before it ships, and the popular sizes are held in stock in Malaysia.
Forging techniques
Forged under 10,000 tons of pressure, each blank is CNC‑milled from a single billet. The result is a denser grain structure, higher fatigue strength, and less unsprung mass where it matters.
A Malaysian wheel brand
CT Alloy is a Malaysian wheel brand building sport and off-road rims for drivers who want their car to look like it means it. Founded on a single conviction — that a wheel is the only part of your car that touches the road — we obsess over the geometry that turns power into grip, and over the milling, gloss and machined detail that makes a rim worth looking at standing still.
Every rim is machined, stress-mapped and gram-balanced before it ships, from a 15″ cast set for a Myvi or an Axia up to 20″ forged monoblocks. Because we hold stock in Malaysia, a replacement for one kerbed rim is a phone call rather than a three-month wait on an overseas distributor — and the pricing stays well clear of imported niche brands without giving up the finish.
Sizes, bolt patterns and what the three constructions actually change. If your car is not covered here, send us the model, year and current rim size.
A forged rim is pressed from a solid 6061-T6 billet under 10,000 tons and then CNC-machined, which gives it the densest grain structure and the lowest weight of the three. A flow-formed rim has a cast face with a barrel spun and stretched under heat, so the grain runs the length of the barrel — much of the strength of forging at a fraction of the cost. A cast rim is low-pressure cast and then machined on the face, and is the most affordable route to a true, gram-balanced wheel. CT Alloy makes all three.
CT Alloy rims run from 15 inch to 20 inch. Cast rims start at 15×6.5 for everyday cars, the 2-piece forged range covers 17 and 18 inch, and the monoblock forged and flow-formed ranges cover 18, 19 and 20 inch in widths from 7.5 to 8.5 inch.
CT Alloy rims are drilled in 4×100, 5×100, 5×108 and 5×120, plus a dual-drilled 8×100/114.3 pattern on the 15 inch cast range that fits both 4×100 and 4×114.3 cars. 4×100 covers most Perodua and Proton models such as Myvi, Axia, Bezza, Saga and Iriz. Always confirm PCD, offset and centre bore against your own car before ordering.
Yes. The 15 inch cast range is drilled 8×100/114.3 at ET38, which covers the 4×100 pattern used by Myvi, Axia, Bezza, Saga and Iriz, as well as older 4×114.3 Protons. The 17 and 18 inch forged range includes 4×100 and 5×100 fitments for stepping up a size. Send us your model, year and current rim size and we will confirm the fitment.
Yes. The off-road side of the range is built around aggressive milled faces and purpose-built fitment for SUVs and 4x4 pickups, in the larger diameters and load-rated constructions. Tell us the vehicle and whether it is lifted, and we will confirm diameter, width, offset and clearance.
CT Alloy is a Malaysian wheel brand with local stock, so availability, replacement of a single damaged rim and after-sales support are all handled here rather than through an overseas distributor. Browse the catalogue and send an enquiry with your car model and preferred size, and we will point you to stock or to your nearest dealer.
The forged range is JWL / VIA certified and every rim is gram-balanced before it leaves the floor.
